Odisha train accident: National insurer LIC on Friday announced several relaxations for the claim settlement process for the victims of the Balasore train tragedy.
At least 294 people have died and over 1,100 have been injured in the accident between two passenger trains and a stationary freight train.
In a statement late evening, LIC Chairman Siddharth Mohanty announced several relaxations in the claim settlement process for the next of kin of the victims.
